Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Minneapolis. It has been a long 19 weeks. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
