Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? (update)

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Phoenix. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
