Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? (Richmond)

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I can meet in person or by video. Does anyone know of a group?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
