Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group?, IT help-desk technician here

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
