Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - first time posting

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as a call-centre agent. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
