Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? (Birmingham)

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Birmingham. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
