Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - any advice?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an operations analyst. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I think weekly goals would help.

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
