Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - any advice?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as a customer-service rep. It has been a long 8 weeks. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
