Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - any advice?

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Sacramento. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

Our workforce centre runs a free weekly club. Ask at the front desk.

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
