Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? after 7 years as a security officer

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
