Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? after 13 years as a line cook

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Minneapolis. It has been weighing on me all week. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
