Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? after 11 years as a janitorial supervisor

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
