Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group?

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
