Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - 21 weeks in

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an HR coordinator. Any experience at all would help. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
