Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - 14 months and counting

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Cleveland. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
