Affordable home internet for job applications - what worked for you?

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
