I use my phone as my only connection. Thank you in advance. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What else should I consider?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
