Affordable home internet for job applications - 3 months and counting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. It has been weighing on me all week. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What else should I consider?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
