Affordable home internet for job applications - 11 months and counting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some applications need a computer. What did you switch to?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
