Affordable childcare options in St. Louis (update)

Wei Mercer · 2026-08-01T15:50:03.968Z

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?
