The daycare near me wants more than I can pay. It has been a long 13 weeks. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 13 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
