Affordable childcare options in Salt Lake City - any advice?

I have 9 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
