Affordable childcare options in Little Rock - what worked for you?

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
