Affordable childcare options in Cleveland - any advice?

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
