Affordable childcare options in Charlotte - what worked for you?

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. It has been a long 7 weeks. I am willing to trade favours.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 7 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
