Affordable childcare options in Albuquerque - any advice?

I have 3 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a line cook before this. I am willing to trade favours.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
