Worth paying for a certificate? (update)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a warehouse supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
