I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a nurse's aide. I would like to use funding if possible.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
