Worth paying for a certificate?, marketing coordinator here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a marketing coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
