Worth paying for a certificate?, janitorial supervisor here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a janitorial supervisor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
