Worth paying for a certificate? (Honolulu)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an office manager. Any experience at all would help. I can study evenings.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
