Worth paying for a certificate? - first time posting

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I worked as a project coordinator before this. I would like to use funding if possible.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
