I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a social media manager. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
