Worth paying for a certificate? - any advice?

A local college offers a course that costs $600. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
