Worth paying for a certificate? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an office manager. It has been a long 3 weeks. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
