Worth paying for a certificate? after 7 years as a dental hygienist

A local college offers a course that costs $150. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
