Worth paying for a certificate? after 3 years as a logistics coordinator

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
