Worth paying for a certificate? after 15 years as a pharmacy technician

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a pharmacy technician. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
