Worth paying for a certificate? after 13 years as an administrative assistant

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an administrative assistant. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
