Worth paying for a certificate? after 13 years as a delivery driver

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a delivery driver. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
