Worth paying for a certificate? - 25 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a machine operator. It has been a long 25 weeks. I am unsure whether employers value it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
