Worth paying for a certificate? - 20 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a nurse's aide. It has been a long 20 weeks. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
