I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a school bus driver. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. I can study evenings. Is there free funding?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
