Which short course helped you get hired? - what worked for you?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a recruiter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am unsure whether employers value it.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
