Which short course helped you get hired? - what worked for you?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an office manager. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
