Which short course helped you get hired? - what worked for you?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a mechanic. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
