Which short course helped you get hired? - what worked for you?

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
