Which short course helped you get hired? - what worked for you?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a hotel front-desk agent. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
