Which short course helped you get hired? (update)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a store manager. I worked as a store manager before this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
