Which short course helped you get hired? (update)

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
